How To Join the Webinar Series (last webinar in series is January 7, 2009 12 noon US Pacific time (3 pm East coast time, 9 pm European Amsterdam time).
This webinar will be happening only on Tokbox, a free webinar service similar to Skype ( www.tokbox.com ).
You must have your own account on tokbox before the conference call starts. If you want our technical manager, Stefania, to set up a tokbox account for you, please contact her at stefania.m@planet.nl
She will email you back with your password.
You can sign up by going to tokbox at: http://www.tokbox.com/#
NOTE THIS WELL: After you join tokbox, add Stefania (our technical manager) as your “friend.” You do this by opening the tokbox home page and clicking on ADD (+) under your name on the upper right and then, in the next screen, typing her email address stefania.m@planet.nl where it asks for “email.” She will approve you as a friend within a day or two. If Stefania signs you up for tokbox, then you are already Stefania's friend.
On the day and time of the call, go to tokbox.com five minutes early because we start on time. You will see an invitation on your screen from Stefania inviting you to join/sign into the conference (webinar). Accept this invitation by clicking “accept” on your screen.
After you have registered for the next webinar, look for a note from us in you email inbox giving you a few more details about protocol to follow on the day of the webinar.
